Building on the water-repellent and weather-resistant properties of conventional finish oils, this product incorporates nano-scale mold- and algae-inhibiting agents to provide long-lasting suppression of mold, algae, and moss growth. It is ideally suited for humid conditions in southern coastal regions, lakeside areas, forested zones, and other similar settings, effectively preventing microbial infestation from eroding wall surfaces at the source.

Scope of Use

The product is primarily intended for application to exterior wall surfaces in areas prone to mold and algae growth, as well as to new walls for enhanced preventive protection—such as eaves, window sills, guardrails, columns, wainscoting, and basements—thereby meeting the stringent health and safety requirements of residential and public buildings. It is particularly well-suited for long-term exterior wall protection in regions characterized by high humidity and frequent rainfall.

How to Use

Product Use: Simply open the lid, stir well, and use.

Construction tools: wool roller or pressure sprayer specifically for multi-color stone-effect coatings

Product dilution: Dilute with water at 0–25% based on actual usage.

Construction Key Points

Step 1: Dilute with 15–25% water to prevent the topcoat from being applied unevenly due to rapid water absorption by the底层, which can lead to mottling on the wall.

Step 2: Do not dilute with water; ensure the paint film is thick enough to enhance the weather resistance and stain resistance of the stone-effect coating.

Precautions

• To ensure optimal wall coating performance, it is strongly recommended to use this product in conjunction with the Meilijia complementary system; mixing this product with products from other brands is strictly prohibited.
• Prior to construction, inspect the substrate, remove surface dust, efflorescence, and any contaminants, and ensure the substrate is sound, clean, and dry.
• Construction shall be carried out at a temperature no lower than 5°C and relative humidity no higher than 85%; construction is not recommended in rainy, snowy, or high-temperature conditions.
• During construction, implement appropriate protective measures to prevent skin and eye contact with the product.
• For the first coat of finish paint, it is recommended to dilute with 15–25% water to prevent uneven roller application caused by rapid absorption by the underlying layer, which can lead to mottling on the wall surface. For the second coat of finish paint, no dilution is recommended to ensure adequate film thickness, fully encapsulating and protecting the color flecks, thereby enhancing the weather resistance and stain resistance of the textured stone-effect coating.
• New wall application: First apply one coat of standard finish paint, then apply one coat of Meilijia High-Efficiency Mold- and Algae-Resistant Finish Paint, and finally smooth it out with a long-nap roller (for enhanced wall protection). Alternatively, you can directly apply two coats of Meilijia High-Efficiency Mold- and Algae-Resistant Finish Paint and then smooth it out with a long-nap roller for even better results.
• Application on areas where mold and green algae have already grown: Clean the substrate thoroughly to remove all traces of green algae, mold, and other contaminants; apply two even coats of Meilijia’s high-efficiency mold- and algae-resistant coating; finally, use a long-pile roller to smooth and even the finish.
• Paint consumption varies depending on the roughness of the actual施工 surface and the dilution ratio.
• The degree of product drying is influenced by ambient temperature, humidity, and ventilation. At room temperature, drying typically takes 6–8 hours; in winter or during humid weather, the drying time should be appropriately extended.
• Keep out of reach of children;
• Storage: 12 months (store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place);
• Transportation: This product is not a hazardous chemical and may be transported as ordinary cargo.
