Meilijia Universal Edge-Trimming Paint [MB2020] is a specialized complementary material designed for multi-color faux-stone coating systems. Leveraging a formulation centered on high-performance polymer binders and finely ground mineral fillers, it delivers a semi-transparent, matte white finish that precisely replicates the matte texture and natural grain of cut natural stone surfaces, thereby addressing the industry’s longstanding challenges of rough edge finishes and insufficient three-dimensional effect in faux-stone coatings.

Scope of Use
It is primarily used for brushing into the recessed grooves of architectural deep-groove detailing, to simulate the appearance of cut stone surfaces and enhance the sense of depth and layering in the deep-groove finish.
How to Use
Product Use: Simply open the lid, stir well, and use.

Precautions
- To ensure optimal wall coating performance, it is strongly recommended to use this product in conjunction with the Meilijia complementary system; mixing this product with products from other brands is strictly prohibited.
- Prior to construction, inspect the substrate, remove surface dust, efflorescence, and any contaminants, and ensure the substrate is solid, clean, and dry.
- Construction shall be carried out at a temperature no lower than 5°C and relative humidity no higher than 85%; construction is not recommended in rainy, snowy, or high-temperature conditions.
- During construction, implement appropriate protective measures to prevent skin and eye contact with the product.
- During application, if hard lumps or solidification are observed, stop applying immediately; it is strictly prohibited to reconstitute dried mortar by adding water and reusing it.
- Select the appropriate tool to apply the product evenly to the surface to be treated. Once the product has completely dried, use the Meilijia-specific edge-grinding tool to smooth and level the surface.
- Product consumption varies depending on the roughness of the actual施工 surface and the dilution ratio.
- The degree of product drying is influenced by ambient temperature, humidity, and ventilation. At room temperature, drying typically takes 6–8 hours; in winter or during humid weather, the drying time should be appropriately extended.
- Keep out of reach of children;
- Storage: 12 months (store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place);
- Transportation: This product is not a hazardous chemical and may be transported as ordinary cargo.
