Key Points for Spraying

Two spray coatings:

A sand-containing mid-coat must be used to prevent color spot sagging; when the final coat of color spots is 70–80% dry, apply even sanding using an appropriate abrasive tool; the application rate of fluorocarbon topcoat shall be no less than 0.3–0.4 kg/㎡.

 

3 coating steps:

Standard mid-coat can be used; when the final color-dot coat is 70–80% dry, select an appropriate sanding tool and perform uniform sanding; the application rate of fluorocarbon topcoat shall be no less than 0.3–0.4 kg/㎡.

Precautions

• To ensure optimal wall coating performance, it is strongly recommended to use this product in conjunction with the Meilijia system. Mixing this product with products from other brands is strictly prohibited.
• Prior to construction, the substrate must be thoroughly inspected, including checks for hollow sounds, surface flatness, pH, and moisture content. The ambient temperature should be ≥5°C, and relative humidity ≤85% (construction is not recommended in rainy, snowy, or extremely hot weather). Smooth surfaces such as concrete walls, Roman columns, and inverted slabs must be roughened using Meilijia two-component interface agent.
• After applying the crack-resistant mortar, it must be cured by water spraying for 3 to 7 days, twice daily—once in the morning and once in the evening. The hydration reaction of the mortar requires a continuous supply of moisture; insufficient curing can result in inadequate mortar hardness, surface drying shrinkage and cracking, sanding and pulverization, and, in the later stages, a high likelihood of delamination, spalling, and other quality problems.
• Construction must be carried out in strict accordance with standard construction procedures and coating density requirements. The main material for applying the stone-imitation paint must be applied using a dedicated spray gun, and prior to spraying the color dots, It is best to pour the two buckets back and forth 2–3 times; do not stir vigorously. First, Adjust the pressure and conduct a test spray on the spray gun. Conduct spray-applied sample tests, and proceed with full-scale application only after the test results are satisfactory.
• During construction, implement appropriate protective measures to prevent skin and eye contact with the product.
• Construction requirements stipulate that the next process may only be carried out after the preceding process has completely dried; in particular, the color-dot coating must be thoroughly dried and achieve the specified hardness before topcoating can be applied.
• Paint consumption varies depending on the roughness of the actual施工 surface and the dilution ratio.
• The degree of product drying is influenced by ambient temperature, humidity, and ventilation. At room temperature, drying typically takes 6–8 hours; in winter or during humid weather, the drying time should be appropriately extended.
• Keep out of reach of children;
• Storage: 12 months (store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place);
• Transportation: This product is not a hazardous chemical and may be transported as ordinary cargo.
